According to ESPN, Fertitta’s prediction is purely based on in-ring performance, including fight earnings, bonuses and pay-per-view revenue and doesn’t take into account any potential cash ‘The Notorious’ could earn outside the cage.
McGregor is already becoming hot property, with TMZ reporting the fighter was offered a role in Vin Diesel’s forthcoming XXX sequel.
Lorenzo’s brother Frank has been the subject of speculation following McGregor’s spectacular knockout win over Jose Aldo, as footage emerged appearing to show the CEO throwing the Featherweight championship belt to the ground as the Brazilian fell to the canvas.
McGregor spoke following the win of having 'options' regarding his next opponent, including moving up to lightweight and fighting for that title to become the company's first two-weight world champion. One lightweight contender, Donald Cerrone, doesn't seem impressed, after labelling the Irishman a "p***y".
