Your support makes all the difference.Heathrow Gymnastics Club, led by the national squad member Zita Lusack, will be defending their title at the British Women's Team Championships. Their main opposition is likely to come from Alderwood GC, whose team includes the British overall champion Jackie Brady. Alderwood will be seeking their 10th win in eight competitions this season. Twenty- four teams of six will be competing for the oldest cup in British gymnastics, the Marchioness of Bute trophy, which was first won in 1923. Tomorrow's programme begins at 10.30am and finishes at 6.25pm, Sunday's starts at 11.0 and ends at 4.50 with the presentations at 5.0.
How to get there: The Arun Leisure Centre, Bognor Regis. Admission: pounds 5.50 per day or pounds 8.50 for the weekend. Competition is from 11.0am-6.0pm tomorrow and 10.30-5.0 on Sunday.
