Sports Letters: Handling code

Sir: Your correspondent Steve Bale (1 July) reports that the Lions in New Zealand have revealed the McGeechan concept of total rugby, ie. loose forwards running and handling like backs and the front row doing it like the loose forwards. Sounds like good old-fashioned rugby league to me.
