John Devereux, the Widnes and Great Britain winger who was hoping to return in tomorrow's Stones Bitter Championship match with Sheffield Eagles after two months out with a back injury, is likely to miss the rest of the season.

GREAT BRITAIN have named five new caps in their side to face Russia in the amateur rugby league international at Featherstone on Monday. The new players are full-back Lee Anderson, centre Mick Warburton, prop Darren Wheatley, hooker Richard Todd and loose forward David Morgan.
