ARSENAL will play their Cup-Winners' Cup second-round first-leg tie against Brondby away in Copenhagen on 20 October after requesting that their legs be reversed because of potential trouble among travelling fans. Chelsea were due to play abroad, in Vienna, on the same night.

PHIL MASINGA and Lucas Radebe, Leeds's new signings, have been named in South Africa's squad to face Mauritius in an African Nations Cup qualifier on 15 October. Masinga was included despite earlier reports that he had asked to be overlooked in order to concentrate on making his mark at Elland Road.
