ARGENTINA have called off their two internationals in Japan because Diego Maradona has been refused entry to the country owing to his criminal record for cocaine possession and use. However Claudio Caniggia, who has just finished a 13- month ban for alleged cocaine use, would have been allowed in because he had not faced criminal charges.
