MICHAEL JORDAN'S dream of winning a place on the Chicago White Sox's 1994 major league roster has been put on hold. After batting
0-for-14 in spring training, the three- time basketball MVP for the Chicago Bulls is to be reassigned by the White Sox team manager, Gene Lamont, to join the minor league players at the team's spring training complex in Sarasota, Florida. 'I'm disappointed,' Jordan said. 'But I'm eager to pick it (baseball) up quickly. 'I lived high on the hog for a while. I'm not afraid to go back to basics.'
