BRITAIN'S Mark Foster set his second short course world record in five days at the World Cup meet Sheffield last night. Foster, who lowered the world 50m butterfly record on Saturday in Germany, won the 50m freestyle in 21.60sec, 0.04sec below the mark set by Steve Crocker, of the United States, in March last year.
