BRITAIN'S Chris Holmes became the most successful swimmer in paralympic history when he collected a record sixth gold medal in Barcelona on Saturday. Holmes won the partially sighted 100m freestyle in 57.59sec tonight when he won his sixth gold of the 1992 Games.
