Palacio has pulled out because of an Achilles tendon problem. The fight is now set for 24 April, also at Washington.
MICHAEL NUNN, the WBA super-middleweight champion, was arrested on an alcohol and weapons charge in Orion, Illinois early yesterday after being pulled over for driving in what authorities said was an erratic manner.
