England Saxons have made three changes for tomorrow's Churchill Cup final against Canada at Sixways.

Worcester pair Graham Kitchener and Miles Benjamin replace Dave Attwood and Topsy Ojo at lock and winger respectively. The final change to the team that thumped Tonga 41-14 sees Mike Brown of Harlequins come in for Alex Goode at full-back. Kitchener and Goode are the only two survivors in the squad from last year's final, when the Saxons beat Canada 38-18.
