Flood damaged his shoulder just before half-time in England's 34-10 victory over France last Sunday, while Worsley required six stitches in a cut to his hand.
England had placed Olly Barkley and Tom Rees on standby - but both players came through fitness tests and will take their place in an unchanged England side for the Calcutta Cup showdown.
"We only played six days ago but everyone is fit to play," said Johnson.
"With a short week we thought we may be in trouble but the medics have done well to get them back."
