There will be captains galore at Twickenham today when the northern hemisphere takes on the southin front of an anticipated 40,000 crowd. Some of the world's finest players will play in the International Rugby Board's Rugby Aid match for the victims of the tsunami which devastated south-east Asia on Boxing Day.

Lawrence Dallaglio, the former England captain, leads the north with three current captains, Australia's George Gregan, South Africa's John Smit and New Zealand's Tana Umaga, playing for the south.

Lining up opposite Umaga will be the slighter figure of Leicester's Ollie Smith, playing in the centre for Dallaglio's team. For Smith and many of his team-mates the match is an opportunity to impress the England head coach, Andy Robinson, not to mention the British and Irish Lions coach, Sir Clive Woodward.

Tickets will be on sale at Twickenham, although fans are requested to arrive before 1pm to purchase them. Kick-off is at 2.30pm.
