Scott Quinnell has been ruled out of the Wales team to play Romania in their crucial 1995 Rugby World Cup ranking match in Bucharest on Saturday after failing a fitness test yesterday. The 22-year-old Llanelli No 8 has lost his battle to recover from a back injury and his former teammate, Emyr Lewis, will take his place in the back row.
