Salford have completed the signing of the Great Britain tour forward, David Bradbury, from Oldham. Bradbury has been out of action for most of the season since being told to stay away from the club, but Oldham were told last week by a League tribunal to accept Salford's offer of pounds 50,000 for the player.

The Leeds captain, Gary Mercer, is likely to be told today that he must appear before a disciplinary hearing on Thursday over a high tackle for which he was placed on report during the match at Bradford on Sunday.
