The three-day festival gets underway this week with Ladies Day on the 5th and the main event on the 6th.
Racing fans will be anticipating drama after last year’s race. Davy Russell looked set to cap an illustrious career with ease as he and Tiger Roll stormed into a six-length lead going into the final furlong.
But Tiger Roll, trained by Gordon Elliott, began to tire just 150 yards from the line, giving Willie Mullins' Pleasant Company a sniff of victory. But Russell and Tiger Roll snatched victory by the skin of their teeth after a captivating race that required a photo finish to separate the two horses.
With the field yet to be selected, bookies are offering ante post odds on potential entries. Tiger Roll could be returning to defend the crown, and is priced at 7/2. Other prices include 10/1 for the popular Anibale Fry and 10/1 for Rathvinden, who has proven form for long distance racing.
When is it?
The big one comes on Saturday with the world's most famous race getting underway at 5.15pm BST, just as it did in 2018.
How can I watch it?
The race - and the rest of the festival - will be broadcast live on ITV with Ed Chamberlin the man leading the coverage.
Who's going to win?
Well, the runners are yet to be finally decided, that comes just a few days before the race but the ante post betting market is very much in full swing all the same.
