The John Dunlop-trained colt, entered at Lingfield on Saturday, headed bookmakers' opening show of betting on the Royal Ascot sprint after he was handed 9st 5lb when the weights were published yesterday.
He caught the eye when an unlucky-in-running second to World Premier at York a fortnight ago but Dunlop's racing secretary Marcus Hosgood said: "He is not a certain runner."
