Lord Huntingdon's Arbusha was fourth and the Clive Brittain-trained Gussy Marlowe seventh of the eight runners. Ventiquattrofogli made it a double for Dunlop and Carson when winning his fifth consecutive race by comfortably taking the Premio Rumon.
