Primo Nebiolo, the International Amateur Athletic Federation president in Japan for Wednesday's opening ceremony of the World Student Games, said yesterday in Fukuoka he had no intention of opposing Juan Antonio Samaranch for the presidency of the International Olympic Committee. Nebiolo, however, did not rule out standing when Samaranch retires.
