NIGEL MANSELL finished sixth behind the race winner, Al Unser Jnr, in the Molson Indy in Vancouver on Sunday. However, Mansell picked up sufficient points to extend his overall lead in the championship since his nearest rival, the Brazilian, Emerson Fittipaldi, finished one place behind him. Mansell now has 168 points to Fittipaldi's 135.
