Former UFC great Ronda Rousey had her first WWE match confirmed on Monday Night Raw this week – and it couldn’t have been in more explosive circumstances.
Rousey is busy making the transition from the combat arena of UFC to the sports-entertainment world of WWE since signing a full-time deal with the company recently.
She’s started in a high-profile way, too, as part of a feud with villainous authority figures Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

These are very early days in very different waters for the 31-year-old American, but she’s already won favour with wrestling fans for her genuine passion for the industry. Wrestlemania takes place in New Orleans on 8th April.
