Wrestling fans will have to start saying their prayers, taking their vitamins and working out what they're going to do when Hulkamania runs wild on them, as Hulk Hogan will soon be making his anticipated comeback to the WWE.

A message posted on the official WWE website confirmed the news, stating "the red and yellow is back, brother."

“Words cannot express how excited I am to be back in the WWE family,” Hogan said. “I only have one question for the WWE Universe: Whatcha you gonna do when Hulkamania runs wild as the host of WrestleMania 30?”

Hogan, who hasn't appeared on WWE programming since December 2007, will return to host Wrestlemania 30 on 6 April. His comeback appearance will take place on Monday Night Raw on 24 February, to coincide with the launch of the WWE Network.

WWE Chairman Vince McMahon said: “We are thrilled that Hulk Hogan has returned home to WWE. It’s fitting to have him help us celebrate 30 years of WrestleMania and usher in a new era with the launch of WWE Network.”

Hogan has reportedly been training at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida, but it's unclear what sort of role he'll be playing during his latest stint with the company.
