Paul Sculthorpe and Sean Long will miss St Helens' game against Widnes tonight after withdrawing from Wednesday's Origin match through injury.

Sculthorpe suffered a hamstring injury in training, while Long injured the same wrist he had surgery on last year in the win at Bradford. The prop Barry Ward (knee) is also out and faces a month on the sidelines.

Hull's dismal run with injuries continued with the news that Steve Prescott dislocated a knee cap playing for Lancashire in the Origin Game.
