From reproductive rights to climate change to Big Tech, The Independent is on the ground when the story is developing. Whether it's investigating the financials of Elon Musk's pro-Trump PAC or producing our latest documentary, 'The A Word', which shines a light on the American women fighting for reproductive rights, we know how important it is to parse out the facts from the messaging.

At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

The Independent is trusted by Americans across the entire political spectrum. And unlike many other quality news outlets, we choose not to lock Americans out of our reporting and analysis with paywalls. We believe quality journalism should be available to everyone, paid for by those who can afford it.

The Easter programme is traditionally a time that tests clubs' resources, but the Super League leaders get an extra boost today with Danny McGuire's return for Leeds at Hull.

The Great Britain stand-off has missed the Rhinos' past three games since damaging his shoulder in the World Club Challenge victory over Melbourne. He has been included for the trip to the KC Stadium for a match Hull are confident will go ahead despite predictions of further bad weather on the east coast.

Ryan Bailey and Carl Ablett are also available again after injury for the Rhinos, but Kylie Leuluai could miss out after being concussed during the victory over Bradford last Thursday.

Hull's own injury woes refuse to improve, with Matt Sing and Graeme Horne the latest to be added to the list of absentees, with a broken hand and a torn hamstring respectively.

Second-placed Warrington are at Castleford, whose depleted squad could force Terry Matterson, a critic of the Easter double-header, to field the 18-year-old prop, Nathan Massey. The Wolves have Michael Monaghan back at scrum-half after sitting out the Good Friday win over Huddersfield.

St Helens are likely to field an unchanged team for the first time this season, at Huddersfield, who are without Stephen Wild with a dislocated wrist.

Fifth meets fourth at Wigan, where the home side will wait for a late decision on the fitness of Pat Richards and George Carmont against Hull KR. Richards got a finger in his eye at St Helens, while Carmont tweaked a hamstring. Rhys Lovegrove could make his first appearance of the season for Rovers and is added to the squad that edged out Hull on Friday.

Bradford, disappointed with their form so far this season, have Paul Sykes and Michael Platt back in contention against Harlequins, who will be without two major influences in Mark McLinden and Danny Orr.

Adam Mogg is back for the Catalan Dragons against Wakefield, who lose Ryan Atkins and Brett Ferres but are able to bring back Tony Martin.
