Cycling: Crash puts Soler in 'serious' condition after
The sixth stage of the Tour of Switzerland was marred by a crash yesterday that left Juan Mauricio Soler in intensive care. The Colombian suffered severe head injuries, his Movistar team said. "It's very serious," team doctor Alfredo Zuniga said. "He's unconscious but, fortunately, he's in a stable condition and for now there don't seem to be any complications."
Steven Kruijswijk of the Netherlands won the stage, but Damiano Cunego of Italy retained the overall lead.
