A missed Dallas conversion was followed by Jay Feely's 48-yard field goal winner with five seconds to play, as the Arizona Cardinals won 27-26 against the Cowboys in the NFL Christmas Day game.

Third-string quarterbacks when the season began, John Skelton and Stephen McGee had lead parts in a game between two teams that are looking forward to next week's season-closing game to put disappointing campaigns behind them.

"Really, nothing's bigger than beating the Dallas Cowboys on Christmas Day right now," Cardinals rookie Skelton said.

"Whiz [coach Ken Whisenhunt] was shaking my hand before the game and I said, 'We have one last gift to unwrap.' Sure enough, it took the last minute, but we got it."

Yesterday's game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Minnesota Vikings has been moved to tomorrow to avoid a forecast blizzard, the Eagles said.

Heavy snowfall was expected in the Philadelphia area shortly before the scheduled kick-off and, after discussions between the teams and the league, it was decided to put the game back 48 hours to tomorrow evening.
