At such a critical moment in US history, we need reporters on the ground. Your donation allows us to keep sending journalists to speak to both sides of the story.

Logan Paul was defeated by the British YouTuber at the Staples Centre on Saturday night, but it wasn’t without its controversy.
In the fourth round, Paul knocked KSI down but then held him down illegally, which referee Jack Rees then docked the American two points for.
The two points were telling, with KSI winning by split decision to finally settle their rivalry.
Jake, the younger of the Paul brothers was furious and said that he believes “boxing is rigged”.
“They’ll contest the two-point decision,” Paul told Behind The Gloves.
“The commission should contest it.
“It’s just bull****, at the end of the day I’ve been in this sport for a year now – and I shouldn’t be saying this but all this s*** is rigged.
“Everyone wining and dining each other, you see who was at the Staples Centre last night? Joe Markowski with DAZN.”
