Vladimir Klitschko said he will not retire after his surprising defeat to Lamon Brewster last weekend.
The Ukrainian's camp said tests showed something was wrong with their fighter's health, which may explain why he was in such poor condition as he went out in five rounds.
"The fight is lost, that's clear," Klitschko said yesterday. "But I don't want to, and I definitely won't, end my career this way."
