Wolverhampton Wanderers produced a late turnaround to beat Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 in the early kick-off. Pedro Porro set up Brennan Johnson to tap in from close range just two minutes in and despite the hosts having a shed-load of chances, their wastefulness looked set to see Spurs take the points.
However, Pablo Sarabia whacked in a 90th-minute equaliser, before Mario Lemina slid in a winner six minutes later to send the Molineux fans wild and hand Spurs a second successive league defeat.

Spurs ended Monday's 4-1 defeat against Chelsea with just four players who had started the game still on the field of play (Vicario, Son, Porro and Bissouma). Will the strains of that crazy game take their toll in the second half, or will Spurs hang on?

Tottenham try to play out from the goal-kick and Bellegarde and Emerson Royal collide inside the box as Wolves press their visitors. Both men stay down initially, but they're both back to their feet as Spurs restart the game.

What a waste! Bellegarde flicks the ball over Emerson Royal and runs at the Tottenham backline, who back off. He has options left and right but opts to shoot from outside the area, and he flashes a wild effort over the bar! Hwang and Cunha were definitely better options there.

Wolverhampton Wanderers vs Tottenham Hotspur
Wolves have managed nine shots to Tottenham's two so far, but just two of those have hit the target and the hosts have only narrowly shaded the expected goals (xG) battle 0.46-0.43. O'Neil will be encouraged by the way his men have threatened Spurs with pace and power on the break, but they need cool heads in the final third! Don't go anywhere, the second half is coming right up!

Referee Tim Robinson blows the half-time whistle, and a patched-up Tottenham team lead Wolves 1-0 at Molineux. Despite being without Maddison, Van de Ven, Romero and Udogie, Spurs flew out of the traps as Johnson needed just two minutes and 14 seconds to net his first league goal for the club, tapping in from Porro's right-wing centre. Spurs' absences have been more obvious since then, with Wolves constantly finding themselves in good positions but struggling to produce the final ball. Their best chance came when Lemina broke into the box just after the half-hour mark, but Vicario kept his shot out at full stretch. Will the Tottenham goalkeeper be busy after the interval? It's still all to play for!

Spurs win a late corner in the first half as Dier finds Kulusevski, who crosses behind off Ait-Nouri. Porro goes over to deliver the set-piece, and Davies flicks his cross well wide at the near post.

Ait-Nouri swings this one in, and Toti attacks it at the near post. He loops a header on target, but Vicario is able to make a comfortable save.
