The 22-year-old has been linked with a move to Stamford Bridge lately as the Blues prepare to lose Juan Mata to Manchester United for £37m.
Jose Mourinho, the Chelsea manager, acted immediately and looks set to finalise a £15m deal for FC Basel playmaker Mohamed Salah.
Despite the ever-present rumours that the former Inter Milan boss plans to add Griezmann to his squad, Sociedad insist that they haven't heard anything from the London club.
Having represented France at Under-21 level, Griezmann has been in fine form this year and has a £25m release-clause in his contract.
An unnamed Sociedad source is quoted as telling Spanish newspaper Diario Vasco: "We do not know anything about the possible interest of Chelsea in our forward Antoine Griezmann.
"We have not received any offers and no-one from London has asked us about the issue. We are calm in that sense."
