Bacary Sagna will reportedly speak to Manchester City over a free transfer after Arsenal's FA Cup against Hull City on 17 May.

The 31-year-old's right-back's deal at the Emirates expires in the summer and looks certain to leave after failing to agree terms.

Arsenal have a policy of only giving players over the age of 30 a one-year deal, but manager Arsene Wenger expressed his desire in February that he would love to keep the Frenchman at the club, indicating that he would be offered the longer contract he coveted.

Sagna will be free to discuss a move at the end of the season, Paris Saint-Germain, Monaco and Internazionale are also interested, but it has been reported that his intention is to move to the Etihad Stadium.

Arsenal are reportedly willing to give Sagna a two-year deal, but he knows that a longer contract, on a bigger salary, awaits at Manchester City.

Sagna would join former Gunners' team-mates Gael Clichy and Samir Nasri at the Etihad.
