Tottenham are all but ready to announce the signing of Ben Davies after completing a deal for the Swansea City left-back.

The two clubs are also in talks over another deal that would see Michel Vorm go with his teammate from Wales to Spurs, according to the Daily Mail.

Davies, 21, completed his medical with Tottenham over the weekend. Both clubs are currently on respective tours of the USA and now Spurs are ready to unveil their new man.

Swansea will welcome back Gylfi Sigurdsson on a three-year contract in a swap deal for Davies. The midfielder was on loan with the Swans in 2012, scoring seven times in 18 league games during his spell.

Tottenham had an £8million bid for Davies rejected but now that Michu has joined Napoli on a season-long loan, manager Gary Monk was keen to add some attacking options to his squad, with Sigurdsson fitting the bill.

As the Daily Mail are reporting, a second deal looks likely between the two sides with Spurs putting in an offer of £3.5m for Dutch goalkeeper Vorm.

The 30-year-old has impressed in the Premier League since joining Swansea in 2011 but is a puzzling signing for Tottenham to make giving that Hugo Lloris and Brad Friedel have recently penned new contracts.

It is understood that the deals and negotiations surrounding all three players have been finalised.

The news for Davies’ move to North London is likely to mean that full-back Neil Taylor will remain at the club. The 25-year-old was linked with a move away from the Liberty Stadium in search of first-team football.
