Tottenham have completed the signing of Fulham midfielder Ryan Sessegnon for £25m, which could rise to £30m if add-ons are met.
The 19-year-old has long been a Spurs transfer target and has penned a six-year-deal, with the club having the option to extend it by an extra year.
"I cannot wait to get started at Spurs," Sessegnon said. "We have a young exciting team on the up. This is the place to be."
After making his club debut aged 16, Sessegnon was integral to Fulham's promotion season in 2017-18 and scored 18 times as they gained promotion to the Premier League via the play-offs.
He was a regular starter in Fulham's season in the Premier League and represented England in the 2019 Under-21 European Championship.
