The Brazilian has tipped the Paris Saint-Germain star to follow him to the Bernabeu as Zinedine Zidane begins to reshape his shape.
The France international has been linked with Los Blancos, two years on from his move to the French capital.
And Vinicius Jr, 18, who is just beginning to make his mark since being integrated into the first team last year, believes he will soon be linking up with Mbappe.
"I think the fans of every team dream of Mbappe," Vinicius told Telefoot.
"We don't know each other, but we talk on Instagram and I admire him a lot. He's already won a lot of titles and, therefore, it'd be great if he came [to Real Madrid].
"He'll come here to win with us soon. I'm sure we'll achieve a lot together."
Not content with just playing with Mbappe, Vinicius Jr urged Neymar to also join him.
"Of course I'd like him [Neymar] at Madrid," he said. "I don't know what he'll do, but I'd really like to play with him and Mbappe at Madrid."
