AS Monaco want Chelsea to send them two young players on loan if they are to agree to a deal to send Radamel Falcao to the club.

Radamel Falcao has apparently already agreed personal terms with the Blues, but Chelsea and Monaco need to hammer out details of the year-long loan move.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Monaco will seek Chelsea youngsters Mario Pasalic, 20, and 18-year-old Charly Musonda.

Pasalic, a Croatian international, was bought for around £3million last summmer and spent last season on loan at La Liga club Elche, where he impressed. Belgian teenager Musonda has been an integral part of Chelsea's recent success at Youth level and has been capped at Belgian U21 level.

Musonda's father, also Charly himself a former professional, believes a move away from Chelsea would benefit his son.

"Charly must absolutely leave Chelsea and, since January, Monaco have been trying to sign him. Monaco are not alone, but they truly want him," he said.

"He's not had a specific discussion with Jose Mourinho yet, but he's trained regularly with the first team. He often watches his friend Eden Hazard. He plays an important role for Charly with his advice. My son does not want to copy his style but develop his own.

"Chelsea don't want him to go back to Belgium. They want Charly to play in a good team in a big league. He must play for a first team."
