Petr Cech has given the clearest indication yet that he will leave Chelsea in the summer.

The Czech goalkeeper has been forced down the pecking order at Stamford Bridge bu the brilliant performances of Thibaut Courtois. It's led to Chelsea's long-time No 1 making just 14 appearances for the Blues this season and it's not a situation the 32-year-old will comprehend persisting with.

"I don’t know what the club’s idea will be. It looks like it works well with me and Thibaut as a duo," Cech told the Idnes newspaper.

"But that can work for one season only. I don’t want another one like this."

There appears little doubt Jose Mourinho will continue with Courtois as his favoured choice, meaning an exit is almost certain for Cech.

Arsenal and Real Madrid have been linked with bids, with Cech appearing to hint that the latter would be impossible to refuse if they made an approach.

When asked about interest from the Champions League holders, he said: "When a specific offer comes I will consider it. There are offers one cannot turn down."

However the former Rennes player, who moved to west London in 2004, is happy to wait until the end of the season to resolve the situation.

"There always will be speculation, I leave it for the summer," he said.

"It will be important to sit down with the club, with the manager, to consider all the pros and cons. We will see what will work out the best."
