Wilfried Bony has arrived at Manchester City on a four-year deal.
The 26-year-old former Swansea striker was officially announced earlier today for an undisclosed fee, reported to be around £28million.
The Ivorian FA ruffled Swansea feathers when they jumped the gun, before Bony himself was pictured holding a Manchester City shirt.
Despite the capture of the prolific Ivorian, Manchester City are linked with a move for another striker, Southampton's Jay Rodriguez. The Daily Mail report that City are chasing the Englishman for around £20m, even though he hasn't played since injuring his knee at the Etihad in April last year.
Rodriguez was in fine form before the injury, his 15 Premier League goals had him on the brink of an England call-up.
City are also giving a trail to Bulgarian prodigy Bozhidar Kraev, who is attracting attention from a number of clubs across Europe, according to the Manchester Evening News. The Levski Sofia attacking midfielder, 17, is also being tracked by Juventus.
HEADING FOR THE EXIT...
With Bony newly arrived, Stevan Jovetic seems to be surplus to requirements as Manuel Pellegrini can now rely on Bony, Sergio Aguero and Edin Dzeko.
However there are conflicting reports about his destination - the Daily Express report that Juventus will make a £22m, but the Mail report that City are not interested in selling.
