John Terry will be offered a lucrative offer to play his football in Turkey next summer, according to reports.

After being hauled off at Manchester City at half-time on Sunday many are predicting that Mourinho could believe that Terry, 34, is finished at the top level.

Fenerbahce have previously been linked with the former England captain and are again keeping tabs on the centre-back, according to the Daily Mail, with a view to a free transfer when his deal runs out next summer.

Terry will be free to negotiate a new deal, with Chelsea or any other club, from January and will be free under the Bosman rule to move.

The paper report that Fenerbahce, who also offered a contract to Terry last year, could offer around £2.5million a season to join the club, plus a large signing-on bonus.

The Turkish club signed ageing Premier League stars Robin van Persie and Nani on hefty contracts this summer.
