Eden Hazard, a long-time target for Arsenal and a number of other Premier League clubs, has signed a one-year contract extension to keep him with Lille, the French league leaders, until 2015.

The 20-year-old Belgium winger is regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Europe. "He is a player I have followed for some time," Arsène Wenger admitted earlier this year.
