Years gone by, the Euros have presented a number of players with the platform needed to showcase their skills that perhaps were not so evident in their domestic leagues, especially when it comes to the Premier League.
With the transfer window well underway, most clubs will already have definitive plans in place to press on with their summer business and bring in squad reinforcements once the tournament in France has drawn to a close.
But as the Manchester United manager, Jose Mourinho, stated on Tuesday, everyone will be keeping their eyes and ears open should any other possible deals crop up before the 31 August deadline at 11pm.
