The Norwegian international exploded on to the scene with eight goals in the Champions League group stage and in doing so attracted attention from a number of European heavyweights.
Manchester United, Juventus and RB Leipzig were all very interested in the 19-year-old but it is Dortmund who have won the race.
It is understood United offered the best financial package but Haaland has opted for a move to Germany to continue his development.
