Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan has denied speculation he could be on the move to Chelsea in the summer.

The Belgian midfield, 27, said to be one of the top targets for Chelsea as the Blues attempt to rebuild their squad after a disastrous season.

He is highly rated by current Italy manager Antonio Conte, the odds-on favourite to take over at Stamford Bridge after Euro 2016.

According to reports, Nainggolan has already spoken to friends about the possibility of moving to London, despite expected competition from Italian giants Juventus.

The talented midfielder would not be cheap and is valued at around £35million by the Giallorossi.

However, the midfielder, who has three goals in Serie A this season, took to social media to deny any links.

If I've not spoken to any club yet, why would I have spoken about it to my friends?" he wrote on Twitter. "Forza Roma and Forza Belgium tonight!"

Nainggolan has three goals and an assist this season and started as Belgium lost to Portugal in a friendly on Tuesday night.
