Manchester United announced the signings of midfield pair Bastian Schweinsteiger and Morgan Schneiderlin within 15 minutes of each other on Monday afternoon.

With the club preparing to fly to the US for their pre-season tour, the club quickly announced the arrivals of both players, for a combined fee of around £40million.

Predictably, Manchester United fans were delighted, taking to social media to boast about their new midfield.
