Arsenal transfer news: Vlad Dragomir joins Gunners after chief negotiator Dick Law oversees move for Romania Under-16 captain
Dragomir is reported to have agreed to join Arsenal from ACS Poli Timisoara in Romania

Arsenal are believed to have signed Romanian teenager Vlad Dragomir on a three-year deal after paying around £71,000 in compensation for the ACS Poli Timisoara midfielder, it has been reported.
It’s claimed in the Romanian press that Dragomir will become the latest young talent to join the Gunners before being old enough to sign a professional contract. The Romania Under-16s captain appears to have been on the Arsenal radar for some time, with his agent Catalin Sarmasan claiming that he first put forward Dragomir when he was just 14 years of age.
"I proposed to Arsenal a year and a half ago, during which they monitored him closely,” Sarmasan is quoted as saying to ProSport.
"In my opinion, Vlad is one of the most talented players in Europe at the moment."
It’s added that the club’s chief negotiator, Dick Law, personally oversaw the deal, and a picture has emerged on Twitter displaying Dragomir with an Arsenal shirt standing next to Law and his agent.
Dragomir, 16, was born on 24 April 1999, over two and a half years after manager Arsene Wenger took charge of the club.
Arsenal are yet to confirm the deal.
