Despite succumbing to a 2-0 defeat on the night, the ex-Barcelona man clearly left a lasting impression on the visitors.
According to Spanish newspaper Sport, both Andreas Iniesta and Gerard Pique approached Bellerin with regards to his current situation at the north London club.
Reports suggest the Barcelona duo wanted to congratulate Bellerin on his performance but also inquire “about his personal situation”.
The news will come as a blow for Arsenal fans who have become all too familiar with Barcelona cherry-picking their best talents.
In the past 10 years alone the Nou Camp has signed the likes of Cesc Fabregas, Thierry Henry, Alex Song and Thomas Vermaelen.
Bellerin moved to Arsenal in the summer of 2011 and signed his first professional contract with the club in July 2013.
With 31 appearances under his belt this season, and a series of impressive performances, the Spaniard has gone on to cement his position at right-back.
But with Dani Alves’ contract expected to expire at the end of next season, it’s possible that a return to the Nou Camp could be in store for Bellerin.
