Bayern Munich coach Pep Guardiola says he has no interest in signing Manchester United winger Angel Di Maria this summer, especially not for the "crazy" £59.7m British record United paid for his services last year.
The Argentina winger has impressed at the Copa America this summer, after enduring a frustrating first season at United following his move from Real Madrid.
Di Maria has also been linked with a move to PSG this summer.
"I don't have to watch Argentina games, because I know him and his style of playing very well," Guardiola told reporters when asked about Di Maria.
"United did not pay so much money for nothing, he is a great player. Although such transfer fees are sometimes really crazy."
When asked if he was interested in signing Di Maria, Guardiola replied: "No."
Guardiola also spoke about Bastian Schweinsteiger, the Bayern midfielder linked with a move to Old Trafford.
The German international has enjoyed 13 trophy-laden years with Bayern, but is now on the periphery of the squad, behind Thiago Alcantara in the pecking order.
"I told him 'the future depends on you'. Basti has managed a great career. He must decide what he does alone," Guardiola said.
"Of course I am planning to work with Basti next season. Basti has to decide.
"If Schweinsteiger wants to stay here then that's perfect. He's a top player."
