Manchester United winger Angel Di Maria has revealed that it is his "dream" to play again in his native Argentina.
The 26-year-old may have only just switched to Old Trafford for a British transfer record fee of £59.7m, but he already has one eye on a future move.
Rosario Central, Di Maria's first club, is his desired destination - however he does not suggest he is planning to leave Manchester United just yet.
“As for anyone it was a dream for me to come to Europe,” Di Maria told Radio del Plata.
“But it will also be a dream to play again in Central.
“Central will always be first in my head. I’ve talked with Pocho [Ezequiel Lavezzi] and Masche [Javier Mascherano] to return to Central together.”
During the interview, Di Maria also touched on his Old Trafford debut against QPR in which he scored.
"I wished very much for the day of my debut at Old Trafford and I did in the best way, scoring a goal.
"The happiness is enormous."
