Wayne Rooney birthday party: Celebrations held at Liverpool hotel for Manchester United captain
England skipper turned 30 last Friday

Wayne Rooney and some of his current and former Manchester United team-mates put a frustrating derby stalemate to one side to celebrate his birthday on Sunday night.
The England skipper turned 30 on Saturday but had to delay the party due to the meeting with Manchester City at Old Trafford on Sunday.
The derby ended 0-0 with Rooney's performance again coming into question. However, that didn't stop the celebrations going ahead.
A party was organised for Rooney at the Hilton hotel in his home city of Liverpool, which got going so soon after the match at Old Trafford that the United captain arrived still wearing his club suit.
Among the guests were Manchester United team-mates Michael Carrick, Ashley Young, Phil Jones and Chris Smalling, whilst summer signing Bastian Schweinsteiger was also in attendance, accompanied by tennis star girlfriend Ana Ivanovic.
Meanwhile former team-mates Wes Brown, now with Sunderland and Jonny Evans and Darren Fletcher, who are at West Brom, joined.
Smalling's girlfriend Sam Cook posted a couple of snaps from the evening on Instagram...
The day before, Rooney held a more intimate celebration at home with his family, with a picture of him and his two sons, Kai and Klay, posted on Instagram...
In the aftermath of the derby, Rooney's manager Louis van Gaal said he was "sick" of answering questions about the form of his captain. Rooney has just two Premier League goals this term.
