Arsenal earned three crucial points in their fight for the top four after holding off a dogged 10-man Watford at Vicarage Road.

The result means Arsenal climb back into the top four and puts them in a strong position to clinch a Champions League place.

The Gunners got off to the perfect start when Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang closed down Ben Foster to score a bizarre opening goal.

And things only got worse for Watford when Troy Deeney was sent off for throwing an elbow.
