Spurs dominated a sluggish first-half but struggled to carve out any clear cut chances.

The impressive Marko Arnautović clipped in an inch-perfect cross which Michail Antonio chested down, before thumping the ball past Hugo Lloris. It is the first goal Spurs have conceded at their new home.
Tottenham’s defeat means Chelsea can go level on points with them if they beat Manchester United tomorrow.
